Philip Jansen
President/CEO
Philip learned a lot about this business from his father. As a young teenager, he went to work helping his dad strip floors and clean carpets on Saturdays and after school. Doing this at a young age gave him a deep appreciation for the hard work and dedication it takes to be in this line of work. Taking what he learned from his dad, Philip started Southwest Cleaning at 17 with just a few jobs he cleaned by himself and grew it to what it is today.

Christen Reyes
Operations Manager
Christen is our Operations Manager. She has worked in the cleaning industry for years, which accounts for her valuable experience in training our janitors. She has an eye for the detailed cleaning that keeps our customers happy and the communication style that encourages our janitors to do their best. She is a valuable asset to our team with her calm demeanor and smiling face, and has been with us since 2020.

Jeremiah Alonzo
Operations Manager
A part of the Southwest Cleaning team for years, Jeremiah has become an invaluable asset to our operations. Having spent some years on the special project crew and even working his own cleaning accounts, Jeremiah understands the hard work and dedication it takes to provide a spotless service for our clients. Now working as an operations manager, Jeremiah ensures everything runs smoothly.

Office Manager
Morgan is our Office Manager at Southwest Cleaning. With over 10 years of experience, she has a wealth of HR and customer care knowledge. Morgan handles the many phone calls that come into our office with both professionalism and warmth. She is also very detail-oriented, which is crucial as she manages our A/P and payroll departments. She is a very important member of our team and does a lot to keep everything organized here at Southwest.

Maria assists clients and staff alike, keeping our office running well. Having worked for Southwest Cleaning for many years, she has a valuable connection to our team, now supporting everything from scheduling and communications to A/R with efficiency and care.
